I like lime, calamansi, to be exact.
It's sweet and sour in taste and it does not over power the food when used in sauce.
It is also used to prepare food. Although it tries to overpower the foul taste and smell, it tries its best to still have that original taste.
Then there are lemons. Yellow, bright and bigger in comparison. It tends to attract more attention.
Yes, they are useful but sometimes they overpower the original taste, sometimes all you get is the strong lemon taste. Then you have to be careful on how you use them. Put in too much and they completely over power.
When put side by side, one would usually notice the lemon, seldom notices the lime.
But it's okay. I notice them much more than lemons. =)
